1. Company Information

TYR Logistics FZ-LLC is a logistics management and international freight brokerage company registered in RAKEZ Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We operate exclusively as a non-asset-based service provider, coordinating logistics activities on behalf of our clients.

2. Nature of Services

TYR Logistics FZ-LLC:

• Coordinates and manages logistics activities performed by third-party licensed carriers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and customs brokers
• Does not act as importer or exporter of record
• Does not take title to, custody of, or possession of goods
• Does not purchase, sell, resell, or trade physical goods
• Does not issue bills of lading or air waybills in its own name
• Is compensated solely through service fees for logistics coordination and management services

3. Service Agreements

All logistics services are provided under separate professional service agreements between TYR Logistics FZ-LLC and the client. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and initial consultations. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding shipments and logistics requirements
• Ensure all goods comply with applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your goods
• Pay all agreed-upon service fees in a timely manner
• Communicate promptly regarding any changes to shipment requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

As a non-asset-based logistics coordinator, TYR Logistics FZ-LLC's liability is limited to the scope of our coordination and management services. We are not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or delay of goods in transit (liability rests with the carrier)
• Acts or omissions of third-party carriers, forwarders, or customs brokers
• Customs delays, inspections, or seizures
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Insurance

TYR Logistics FZ-LLC strongly recommends that clients maintain appropriate cargo insurance coverage. While we can assist in coordinating insurance options through third-party providers, we do not provide insurance services directly. Responsibility for insuring goods rests with the client or their designated insurer.

7. Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement. TYR Logistics FZ-LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TYR Logistics FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms

10. Confidentiality

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in individual service agreements. TYR Logistics FZ-LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for any reason, including violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
